Strategy Meeting
Managing your companies social media is time consuming and it takes you aware from running your business. VIP days is designed to suit your scheduled.
Prior to our meeting I will go over your social media analytics. Starting with a Morning Strategy Meeting where we'll dive deep into your business objectives, target audience, and key messaging to develop a winning social media strategy. We’ll go over the month aheads plans, events and social media days. We can also look at the previous months analytics to learn which posts are working or not to help drive your content. The meeting can be via Zoom, Teams, or a phone call if you prefer. If you live in Leicestershire, we can even have a face to face meeting.
1 Month Content Plan
After our meeting I will create a customised content plan meticulously crafted to resonate with your audience over two social media platforms of your choice. From engaging posts to captivating visuals, I’ll provide everything you need to make a lasting impression.
All Assets and Captions
Having a background in design means that I am able to professionally design assets to compliment your captions and reflect your branding.
Sign off and scheduling
The next step will be for you to sign off on the content plan. I ask that you reserve an hour of your time, either over lunch, or at 2pm to approve and edit the plan. Once signed off, I am then able to schedule all posts for the month ahead! Meaning your social is managed in just one day and you can get back to doing the things you love!
What does it cost?
Experience the power of VIP Days for just £350.00. I will be available to work with you from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring a productive and impactful day of social media transformation.
Ideally I suggest that you book out 9am - 10am for our strategy meeting and either 1pm - 2pm, or 2pm - 3pm to approve the content plan. This way of working is so much more effective as you only need to put aside two hours of your day each month!
My only other suggestion is that throughout the month, (when possible), you capture content. This could be team meetings, events, personal milestones or new client wins! But building a content bank will mean we are never short of things to talk about across your channels!
