Social media user numbers increased by more than 13 percent over the past year, with nearly half a billion new users taking the global user total to almost 4.2 billion by the start of 2021, so it’s more important than ever to establish social media presence.
With so many social platforms, it’s important to consider which ones are going to add real value to your business before you begin to create brand accounts.
Why be picky when you could go all in? Because it depends on your brands existing reputation and reach. If you’re a recognised brand, you should participate in a wide range of social platforms. If you’re a small brand, or just getting started it may make sense to focus on a couple of key strategic platforms, rather than spreading yourself too thin.

Platforms such as LinkedIn are a fantastic way to get found on Google. So, ensuring that your profile is fully optimised with the use of keywords is imperative. It's also advised to apply trackable links to each platform, so you can see which platform is performing.
Your posts will be scheduled in advance using trackable links and on brand assets. As part of your package, I offer I monitoring and listening service where I am responsible for responding to your comments and messages. It’s essential to set some guidelines on how your brand will respond to customer posts and mentions, so we will set clear rules on how to handle compliments and complaints. Using social tools, I will listen key hashtags and competitor conversations to make sure you stay ahead of your competition.
Paid campaigns are a fantastic way to increase reach and target specific audiences. We'll make your campaigns agile with daily checks and weekly reports. Both organic and paid campaigns will be analysed and reported on a monthly basis.
I use social media design software to create creative images, animations and videos. Before I begin, I will create a brand guideline file that contains all of your branding elements from your logo to RGB’s. As a trained designer, I will ensure your feed stays on brand, whilst attracting your target market.
